1st AMDT San Francisco Open Table Tennis Championships 

We were very excited to run our first event in California's beautiful city of San Francisco.  The event was located in the Galileo Academy of Science & Technology  which is near San Francisco's downtown area.  We were able to run all of our fifteen events on eleven brand new Double Fish Tables on Saturday and Sunday, with both days finishing around 6:00Pm.  

We would like to thank all the players for their support and especially those coaches who brought students with them.  To mention a few of the coaches who brought students and players from their clubs just to support our first event were Bruce Liu, Masaki Tajima, Avishy Schmidt and Amanda Ho and we thank them oh so much.

The tournament open event was won by Hailong Shen from the ICC over Freddie Gabrielle and the raffle for a new AMDT Robot was won by Avishy Schmidt .

Of course because of our major sponsor, AMDTrading Corporation, who also transported and setup all the tables and barriers in the School's Gym, we were able to hold a very successful event.  We look forward to returning to San Francisco in the near future.
